Kelly Green, director, is a Registered Social Worker with 20 years of experience; holds an advanced certification as an Integrative Yoga Therapist; is certified as a Relax & Renew “R” trainer and is also a Stotts Pilates instructor.
She offers yoga/stress classes to individuals, groups and professional organizations. Kelly has an eclectic approach to yoga and enjoys integrating diverse styles.
Classes are designed to honour each student’s needs and abilities. Mindfulness and a light heart are nurtured in each class.
