Tanya MacLeod has practiced yoga since her early teens. Most recently (2016), Tanya completed her 200 YTT training with Robin Hilton, where she continued her learning and love for yoga. In 2015, she was certified by Andrea Peloso (assistant to Judith Lasater ) in Restorative Yoga. In 2000, she became a yoga teacher through Prairie Yoga Centre with her dear mentor Kelly Green. She is passionate about yoga, teaching and helping people become more aware of and comfortable with their bodies, minds and spirits. She believes very strongly in the limitless potential of the human spirit. Yoga is an integral part of her and she strives to continually learn. Her teaching is spontaneous, light-hearted and she adapts to the energies and needs of the group. Tanya feels blessed every day to be a part of such a dynamic and wonderful community in which she can liberate both herself, and her students in finding their infinite potential.
